Recently Connect InfoSoft caused my company great damage, and I am making it my job to inform everyone of how Connect Infosoft handled the job so they
may be aware of the level of service they offer before investing any time or money in Connect Infosoft's services. A project they recently completed was over 5 weeks overdue,
and the way they handled the job was disgusting. At times we felt nothing was being done, and they over charged us for additional costs that they should of incurred themselves. The amount of bugs in the website was unbelievable and at times were told simple requests for fixes were "Not possible" explaining that it was not within their power to complete the change. I have no trust in Connect Infosoft and feel everyone should know of my situation. My opinion is to not trust or use Connect Infosoft for any web design services. I have documented proof of the whole project and am willing to take the matter to court.
